HOW BIG IS A PITCH IN SQUARE METRES?
Pitches on the lakeshore are 75-85 m2, while all others are 65-75 m2.

ARE YOUR PRICES “ALL INCLUSIVE”?
Yes, the prices shown are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are for a one night stay including: pitch, car and caravan; or car and tent; or motorhome. They also include people per night, tourist taxes, electric hook-up (230V-10A), the use of hot water taps and showers, and VAT.

ARE THERE SPECIAL PRICES FOR CHILDREN?
No. However young children up to 4 years old stay free!

ARE THERE SPECIAL DISCOUNTS FOR MEMBERS OF TCS/ADAC/DCC/ANWB/ACSI?
No, but please show your card on arrival as this will speed up the check-in process.

CAN I PAY IN €? CAN I EXCHANGE € FOR CHF?
Yes, but please note that we can only accept € banknotes; any change will be given in CHF.

BY WHAT TIME MUST I VACATE MY PITCH ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?
As a general rule you can stay until 10:30 a.m. In low season you can vacate your pitch later than this, provided you ask at Reception first.

WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME I CAN ACCESS THE CAMPSITE?
In low season: until 10:00 p.m.
In high season: until 11:00 p.m.

No.

CAN I HIRE A COOL BOX DURING THE SUMMER?
Of course! Handy cool boxes are available at an affordable price of CHF 4.- a day.

IS THERE A RESTAURANT ON SITE?
Yes. Our restaurant serves international cuisine and has a large terrace overlooking the lake. Take-away service also available.

IS THERE A FOOD STORE ON SITE?
Yes. Our minimarket offers an assortment of products typical of a small supermarket.

ARE THERE HEATED SHOWER BLOCKS AND WASHROOMS?
Yes. Most shower blocks have “strahler” radiators. Block CS4 has fully closed areas with a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system.

ARE THE HOT WATER TAPS AND SHOWERS FREE TO USE?
Yes, they are included in the price of your overnight stay.

DOES THE CAMPSITE HAVE SUITABLE EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES FOR THE DISABLED?
Yes. We have facilities with suitable access for the disabled and, of course, disabled toilets that comply with legal requirements. More information at the reception.
